In 2010, through our completion of the acquisition of 100% equity interests in Star Fortune International Investment Company Limited, which fully owns Ming Kei Kai Yuan Investment Company Limited (ﾓMKKYﾔ), we gain exposure to two coal mines in Changji Zhou of Xinjiang Province in China. MKYC owns the mining rights in the Kaiyuan Open Pit Coal Mine and is engaged in mining exploitation, sales and distribution of coals in the region while QZTC owns the exploration permit to conduct exploration activities in the Zexu Open Pit Coal Mine.
