In 2005, and confirmed the strategic planning to become a PRC property developer that is primarily engaged in property development, the Group was renamed 'Poly (Hong Kong) Investments Limited', investment and management. China Poly Group was named by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission as one of the key real estate state-owned enterprises.The Group was originally a conglomerate with businesses in infrastructure, energy, property investment, manufacturing and insurance. Further strengthening its business and future development, and was renamed to 'Poly Property Group Co., the Group projects a stronger identity by aligning its corporate image with its operating activities, Limited'.
