Honbo is a celebrated burger restaurant in Hong Kong, known for serving authentic American-style smash burgers. Since 2017, Honbo has been winning awards and the hearts of countless fans. Honbo TST is located on Gateway Arcade in Harbour City shopping mall, near The Prince Hotel entrance, and it offers fantastic harbour views with both inside and outside seating. We pride ourselves on honest cooking and quality ingredients. We import Double Gold American beef from the USA, and we have developed a unique, all-natural, potato milk bun recipe with an artisanal baker making us a "must try" burger in Hong Kong.
